At Land Planning & Design, Inc. all services are billed at an hourly rate of $75 per hour. There is no charge for the first initial meeting at which time we will discuss the parameters of your project and provide you with cost estimates. After which I will provide a written estimate at no extra charge should you decide to use our services. Our services include, but are not limited to consulting, construction management, organic lawn care, planning & design, and maintenance recommendations.
